January 2007 Construction starts on CAROLINE POINT on the site of 62 Caroline St.
	November 2006. Adonis Construction have been awarded the Main Contract to build 62 Caroline St. Strawberry Developments wanted to ensure the Main Contract was awarded to a company with an excellent track record in construction of offices in challenging and confined locations. Adonis meet all the criteria and we look forward to a successful construction phase.
	November 2005 Strawberry Developments obtain Planning Permission for Caroline Point at 62 Caroline St. Planning permission has been granted to develop 14 self contained office units in the Jewellery Quarter.
	June 2005 Strawberry Developments acquire 62 Caroline Street
	May 2004 Strawberry are delighted to announce that construction has now finished at Gwenda Works. Many aspects of Construction were very challenging due to the confined nature of the site and the many historical features that needed to be restored to their original glory. However, all involved have agreed that the result is worth it, not least the purchasers some of whom were lucky enough to be involved from very early stages and had opportuity to design specific aspects of their new homes. The sale of all apartments was concluded on completion of construction.
	July 2003 Strawberry commence construction at Gwenda Works.
	November 2002 Strawberry Developments acquire Gwenda Works.
	March 2003 Strawberry Developments obtain Planning Permission to develop 11 Apartments at Gwenda Works. The refurbishment of this beautiful Grade II Listed Building will be challenging, but Strawberry are confident that their design will make the most of the building features and result in 11 individual homes.
